Yefremov — Plant / MIC — Night of 25 September: Ukraine's General Staff reported a strike on the Yefremov synthetic rubber plant (Tula oblast), which it says is involved in producing solid rocket fuel, including for Iskander missiles. Tula governor Milyaev confirmed the attack on Yefremov: windows were broken in several apartment blocks and private houses, no casualties. Russian sources say nothing about the consequences at the plant itself.

Residents reported explosions at about 7 a.m. local time, smoke rose over the refining complex and a fire broke out in the industrial zone; according to ASTRA and local channels the target was Bashneft-Novoil. The drone alert lasted three hours and Ufa airport suspended operations. No official damage report has been published.
Pikuzy (Donetsk oblast) — Military site — 20 September and the night of 21 September: Ukraine's General Staff reported a hit on a Kasta-2E2 radar station near the village of Pikuzy outside Mariupol. The radar detects low-flying aircraft, missiles and drones at up to 150 km.
