- 15 Sep 2026Night of 15 September: Ukraine's General Staff reported a strike on the Atlant Aero plant in Taganrog, which designs and builds Molniya strike-reconnaissance drones and components for the Orion drone; explosions and a fire were recorded on its grounds. The strike was carried out by the Special Operations Forces together with the Unmanned Systems Forces and the SBU; Zelensky also confirmed the hit. The same night Governor Slyusar reported a missile attack on Taganrog; his list of damage does not name the plant. The point is the building at 2 Instrumentalnaya Street (the company's registered address).
