- 25 Sep 2026Night of 25 September: Ukraine's General Staff reported a strike on the Yefremov synthetic rubber plant (Tula oblast), which it says is involved in producing solid rocket fuel, including for Iskander missiles. Tula governor Milyaev confirmed the attack on Yefremov: windows were broken in several apartment blocks and private houses, no casualties. Russian sources say nothing about the consequences at the plant itself.
