- 9 Oct 2026An-196 LiutyiMorning of 9 October: drones attacked the Lukoil-Ukhtaneftepererabotka refinery. Ukraine's president said the plant was struck by long-range An-196 drones; ASTRA geolocated footage of smoke over the facility. The head of Komi confirmed the attack on Ukhta and said there was no damage to infrastructure. Ukhta airport was closed.
