- 11 Aug 2026Night of 11 August: drones flew about 1,500 km to the Orsknefteorgsintez refinery in Orsk (Orenburg region) — Ukraine's General Staff confirmed the strike, governor Yevgeny Solntsev reported eight drones downed and a fire at an industrial plant, and OSINT points to the hydrocracking complex being hit. On 13 August Solntsev admitted the plant is shut down: key infrastructure built on imported equipment was damaged, repairs may take up to six months, and fuel sales in the region have been restricted.
