• 25 Jul 2026Night of 25 July: drone strike on the Tyumen refinery (Antipinsky, ~9 Mt/year — Russia's largest independent refinery and the only operating one in the Urals; ~2,000 km from the border). Secondary processing units damaged (a 2.6 Mt/yr diesel hydrotreater and a high-octane gasoline unit) — the plant fully halted crude processing (Reuters, The Moscow Times).
