- 10 Oct 2026dronesNight of 10 October: drones attacked the oil-loading terminal of the Novoshakhtinsk Oil Products Plant (Yug Rusi) in the Zarechnaya industrial zone of Rostov-on-Don's Zheleznodorozhny district; a large fire broke out on the site. ASTRA and Exilenova+ identified the facility from eyewitness video, and NASA FIRMS satellites recorded the fire. Governor Yury Slyusar confirmed a fire in the city after the air attack without naming the facility. The extent of the damage is not known.
