- 22 Aug 2026dronesNight of 22 August: Samara Oblast governor Vyacheslav Fedorishchev reported a massed drone attack on the region, damage to an industrial plant, and named Novokuybyshevsk among the targets. Monitoring channels reported a fire at Rosneft's Novokuybyshevsk refinery; the plant was not named officially. The drone alert was in force from 3:00 to 7:30.
