- 19 Aug 2026dronesNight of 19 August: a massive drone attack on Dzerzhinsk (Nizhny Novgorod region) — thick white smoke rose over the city. The monitoring channels Astra and Exilenova+ trace the source of the smoke, with high probability, to the grounds of the Sverdlov Plant, one of Russia's largest producers of explosives; there is no official confirmation that the plant itself was hit, and the authorities did not comment on it. Governor Gleb Nikitin reported 52 drones downed over the region and damage to an apartment block, private houses and vehicles. This would be the second strike on the plant this year — the previous one was on 30 April.
- 20 Oct 2024Attack on the Sverdlov plant, the largest producer of explosives (RDX/HMX).
